Jabalpur and Katni railway stations are the nearest railheads to reach Bandhavgarh by train. Umaria is also another railway station at the distance of 37 km from Bandhavgarh.

Umaria is the nearest bus stand to reach Bandavgar. The distance is around 37 km. Katni is at the distance of 100 km, Jabalpur is 190 km, Khajuraho is 250 km and Kanha National Park is 260 km from Bandhavgarh.
